Anadarko To Pay $9M Over Wyo. Oil Spill

Law360, New York (May 7, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Anadarko Petroleum Co. and two related oil production companies have agreed to pay a $1 million fine and spend $8 million on upgrading spill prevention and response plans to resolve charges stemming from an oil spill in Wyoming, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced Thursday.
