State Lawmakers Call For FTC To Probe CVS Caremark

Law360, New York (May 07, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A group of state lawmakers has asked the Federal Trade Commission to investigate whether the 2007 merger that created CVS Caremark Corp. has led to fraudulent and anti-competitive conduct, hurting prescription drug consumers.
