Law360, New York (May 11, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Casey’s General Stores Inc. has entered into settlement agreements with plaintiffs in two class actions that claim the Iowa-based convenience store chain owes them unpaid wages and overtime compensation under the Fair Labor Standards Act and state laws.
