Aerotech Sues Ex-Execs Over Trade Secrets

Law360, New York (May 11, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A licensee of The Boeing Co. has launched a trade secrets infringement suit against two former executives, accusing them of stealing confidential company information and using it to manufacture infringing aircraft products at corporations they founded.

Aerotech Holdings Inc., an aircraft replacement parts manufacturer, filed its complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas on Thursday, seeking to recover $1 million for each alleged counterfeit trademark.
