Law360, New York (May 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Plaintiffs in the multidistrict litigation involving Medtronic Inc.’s Sprint Fidelis defibrillator leads have lost their final bid to amend their complaint, but the dismissal of their claims has left open the possibility of appealing the question of preemption to a higher court.
