IBM Moves To Keep Durie Tangri Attys Off Patent Suit

Law360, New York (May 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- IBM Corp. has said that attorneys who argued against it in a patent and antitrust suit on behalf of a defendant company the computer giant later purchased should not be able to continue that battle on behalf of another defendant in the case.

IBM filed a motion Monday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Southern New York to disqualify Clement Roberts and Joseph Gratz of Durie Tangri Lemley Roberts & Kent LLP from representing T3 Technologies Inc. in its dispute with IBM....
