New Complaint Filed In AIG Workers' Comp Suit

Law360, New York (May 12, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- South Carolina businesses pursuing a putative class action against American International Group Inc. alleging the insurer fraudulently calculated workers' compensation premiums have filed a third amended complaint, after a judge ordered them to remove "immaterial, impertinent or scandalous matter."
