Law360, New York (May 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has signed off on a settlement agreement between the U.S. Forest Service and several environmental groups, resolving claims that the government violated the National Environmental Policy Act in relation to oil and gas development in the Allegheny National Forest.
