Law360, New York (May 14, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- CommPartners LLC is the latest defendant to settle with Voxpath Networks Inc. in an ongoing patent suit over Voice Over Internet Protocol technology.
Judge Richard A. Schell of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas dismissed the lawsuit with prejudice on Wednesday following the parties’ proposed settlement submitted March 26.
Each party will cover its own attorneys’ fees and costs, the ruling said.
