Former Foamex Head Sues Co. For Slander

Law360, New York (September 14, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In the latest twist in the ongoing Chapter 11 proceedings of Foamex International Inc., the bankrupt foam-cushion manufacturer’s former president and chief executive filed a lawsuit on Wednesday accusing the company of slander and breach of contract related to his ousting in June.
