DOE To Dole Out $2.4B For Carbon Capture Projects

Law360, New York (May 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Energy has given carbon capture and sequestration development a $2.4 billion shot in the arm, revealing Friday that it would provide federal stimulus funds to five large-scale cleaner coal projects designed to accelerate the exploration and expansion of commercial CCS technology.
