SulphCo Not Infringing Ultrasound Patent: Judge

Law360, New York (May 18, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal court has decided that SulphCo Inc. was not unlawfully using a patented ultrasound process for removing sulfur from crude oil, dismissing allegations from Talisman Capital Talon Fund Ltd. that SulphCo's founder had relinquished the patent rights when he left a clean fuel company acquired by the hedge fund.
