DOJ, States Join Whistleblower Suits V. Wyeth

Law360, New York (May 18, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Justice and more than a dozen states have joined litigation against drug manufacturing giant Wyeth for allegedly making bundling arrangements under which it charged state Medicaid programs hundreds of millions of dollars more for its acid reflux treatment Protonix than it charged other customers.
