Judge Lets Ariz. Paper Shut Down

Inc. and Lee Enterprises Inc. to shut down the Tucson Citizen and share the profits from the only other daily local paper in the Tucson area, the Arizona Daily Star, denying a motion by Arizona's attorney general for a temporary restraining order in an antitrust suit the state filed last week.
