Lawyer Wants Tapped Calls Thrown Out In Coke Case

Law360, New York (September 17, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The lawyer for one of three defendants accused of conspiring to steal trade secrets from Coca-Cola Co. has requested that wiretapped phone calls involving her client be barred as evidence in the case.

On Friday, Anna Blitz, the lawyer for defendant Ibrahim Dimson, argued in court papers filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia that the government illegally monitored her client’s calls.
