Ex-UBS Brokers Banned From Soliciting Clients

Law360, New York (May 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- UBS Financial Services Inc. has secured a preliminary injunction against three former brokers accused of stealing confidential client information when they defected to rival Morgan Stanley earlier this month.

An injunction order was issued Thursday by Judge Susan Dlott of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, who called for expedited arbitration proceedings against the former UBS employees, Timothy Lofton, Kyle Poland and Shawn Anderson.
