Law360, New York (May 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A GPS tracking company and one its units that makes medical-alert devices have agreed to stop using the catchphrase “Help, I've fallen and I can't get up!” — a plea made famous by a TV ad for a medical-alert device for senior citizens — as part of a deal settling a trademark suit brought by Life Alert Emergency Response Inc.
