Merchant & Gould Nabs 5 IP Pros For New Wis. Office

Law360, New York (May 28, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Merchant & Gould PC has selected Madison, Wis., as the home for its eighth branch, hoping an outpost near one of the country's rocket dockets anchored by five seasoned intellectual property litigators will help expand the IP firm's generic-drug and patent work.

M&G announced Thursday the formal opening of its new Madison office, which will be steered by five former Michael Best & Friedrich LLP partners — Shane A. Brunner, Thomas P. Heneghan, Edward J. Pardon, Jeffrey S. Ward and Wendy M. Ward.
