Law360, New York (May 29, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Clifford Chance LLP is bracing for changes at its U.S. area litigation and dispute resolution practice, as it plans to prioritize more successful practice areas, bids good-bye to U.S. and global litigation head Mark Kirsch, and anticipates upcoming associate layoffs at its New York office.
