Court Revives Vehicle Simulator Trade Secret Suit

Law360, New York (June 01, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- An appellate court has revived a trade secret and copyright suit filed by Oceaneering International Inc. against rival marine software developer GRI Simulations Inc. over software used in remotely operated vehicle simulators, vacating a lower court's summary judgment ruling in favor of GRI.
