Law360, New York (June 1, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has conditionally certified a class of current and former employees of the West Penn Allegheny Health System Inc. in a collective action alleging that the health system violated wage-and-hour laws by enacting an unlawful meal break deduction policy.
