Golf Club Challenges Sanctions In PCB Cleanup Suit

Law360, New York (June 02, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Innis Arden Golf Club has asked a federal judge to reconsider a decision to sanction the century-old golf club for spoliation of evidence in its case against Pitney Bowes Inc. and Pateley Associates 1 LLC over polychlorinated biphenyl contamination at the club.

Innis Arden filed a motion Monday asking Judge Janet Bond Arterton of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut on Monday to reconsider her May 21 decision granting on Pitney Bowes and Pately Associates' bid for sanctions.
