10th Circ. Affirms Dismissal Of AC Class Action

Law360, New York (June 4, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has upheld the dismissal of a proposed class action accusing Goodman Manufacturing LP of breaching a five-year warranty on its air conditioners coated with allegedly corrosive paint, saying Texas law requires defects in products with limited life spans to appear before consumers can bring such claims.
