Salazar Offers Input On Carbon Storage Plan

Law360, New York (June 4, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In response to President Barack Obama's call for an 80 percent cut in greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, U.S. Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar has sent Congress recommendations on a carbon capture and sequestration program, including how to identify potential storage sites and how to categorize stored carbon for potential future use.
