Noble Sues Pacific Energy Over $1.1M Oil Deal

Law360, New York (June 4, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Noble Energy Inc. has filed an adversary complaint against bankrupt Pacific Energy Resources Ltd., accusing the company of failing to make good on its obligation to pay Noble up to $1.1 million under a deal related to offshore oil and gas interests.
