Obama Taps Robins Kaplan Atty For Top Minn. Spot

Todd Jones, a partner at Robins Kaplan Miller & Ciresi LLP, to serve as the U.S. attorney for the District of Minnesota, a position he held from mid-1998 through January 2001.
