Eli Lilly Moves To Toss Zyprexa Battle With Conn.

Law360, New York (June 08, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Eli Lilly and Co. has asked for summary judgment in a product liability suit over Zyprexa brought by the state of Connecticut, arguing that the state is unfairly demanding hundred of millions of dollars in refunds while continuing to recommend and promote the antipyschotic to its citizens.
