Travelers Loses Bid For $33M From Bankrupt Builder

Law360, New York (June 09, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has rejected Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America's bid for summary judgment to collect over $33 million in paid and future claims in connection with a bond guaranty issued to the owner of bankrupt Dunmore Homes Inc., finding that the anticipated loss cannot yet be calculated.
