$10.3M Flying J, Contractor Settlement OK'd

Law360, New York (June 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has approved a settlement between a unit of bankrupt petroleum products company Flying J Inc. and refinery contractor International Alliance Group, in which IAG will receive $10.3 million in exchange for the cancellation of a project contract.

Judge Mary F. Walrath of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on Monday approved the settlement between Flying J entity Big West of California LLC and Houston-based IAG, which is part of industrial products and services supplier Triten Corp.
