NAACP Seeks Class Cert. In Lilly Race Bias Suit

Law360, New York (June 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The NAACP has asked a federal judge to certify a nationwide class of current and former employees of Eli Lilly and Co. in a suit alleging that the pharmaceuticals giant discriminates against black employees by paying them less than their white co-workers.
