EEOC Asked To Investigate BofA Job Postings

Law360, New York (June 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Labor and advocacy groups have asked the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission to investigate whether Bank of America Corp. job postings by staffing company Manpower Inc. and a California career center violate the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by barring applicants with criminal records.
