Lehman Examiner Calls Out E&Y Over Audit Subpoena

Law360, New York (June 10, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An independent examiner assigned to investigate who knew what about Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.’s precarious financial positions before its collapse has slammed audit firm Ernst & Young for failing to turn over documents related to 2007 and 2008 Lehman audits, calling the firm’s attempt to dodge a subpoena for the records “disingenuous.”
