ArcelorMittal Antitrust Action Survives Dismissal Bid

Law360, New York (June 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has rejected a joint motion to dismiss a putative class action accusing several steel companies — including U.S. Steel Corp., ArcelorMittal SA and Nucor Corp. — of implementing coordinated production cuts to jack up prices for steel products.
