Mayer Brown Grabs IP Trio From McDermott Will

Law360, New York (June 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Mayer Brown LLP has picked up a group of three veteran intellectual property litigators with a broad range of patent experience, including expertise in the Hatch-Waxman Act, for its New York office from McDermott Will & Emery LLP.

The team, which started work at the firm on Monday, includes Dennis Mondolino and Lisa Ferri, who joined Mayer Brown as partners, and Brian Nolan, who joined counsel.

Before moving to McDermott four years ago, the three attorneys worked at IP boutique Hopgood Calimafde Judlowe & Mondolino LLP....
