Patent Claims Tossed In O2 Micro Suit Over Converters

Law360, New York (June 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The federal court overseeing the long-running patent dispute between O2 Micro International Ltd. and four companies has approved the dismissal of claims for one of three patents related to converter circuits used in the backlighting of television and laptop computer screens.
