Superintendents Ousted From Chicago 911 FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (June 16, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has pared down an opt-in class in a suit seeking overtime wages from the agency responsible for coordinating Chicago's emergency communications system, finding that superintendents qualify for the federal labor law's administrative exemption, but lower-level supervisors may not.
