Law360, New York (June 16, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal court has approved a $100 million settlement with hundreds of companies, municipalities and federal agencies — even schools — over the cleanup of the Combe Fill South Landfill Superfund site in Morris County, N.J.
Judge William H. Walls of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey on Tuesday issued an order approving the settlement, which will direct money toward the expected $159.6 million cleanup required at the site.
