Doctor's Testimony In Own Baycol Suit 'Inadmissible'

Law360, New York (June 17, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court has upheld the dismissal of product liability claims by an elderly doctor who partly relied on his own expert testimony to prove that he was injured by Bayer Corp.'s cholesterol-lowering drug Baycol, agreeing with a lower court that the testimony was inadmissible.
