Matrixx Braces For More Zicam Smell-Loss Suits

Law360, New York (June 18, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A U.S. Food and Drug Administration warning that Zicam nasal and cold products made by Matrixx Initiatives Inc. could cause users to lose their sense of smell will “undoubtedly” lead to more lawsuits against Matrixx, in addition to the hundreds that have already been filed, according to a company official.
