PCTEL Hit With Cell Interference Device Patent Suit

Law360, New York (June 18, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- PCTEL Inc. has been hit with a suit from a rival technology company claiming one of its patents is infringed by PCTEL's CLARIFY product, which finds interference on wireless networks.

Telcom Network Optimization LLC filed suit on Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, seeking damages for the alleged infringement of one patent and a declaratory judgment on another.
