Injunction Denied In LSAT Prep Course Squabble

Law360, New York (June 19, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A California judge has denied an injunction against Blueprint Test Preparation LLC in a lawsuit alleging that the company’s creators lifted teaching methods from their former employer, rival test preparation company TestMasters.

Judge William Highberger of the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles, handed down the ruling June 15, finding that Blueprint had not acted in a way that merited a permanent injunction and ending the final phase of the lawsuit.
