Henderson Global Exec Claims Age Bias, Retaliation

Law360, New York (June 22, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former top U.S. executive with London-based Henderson Group PLC has sued the investment management firm, claiming its British brass fired him because of his age and then stripped him of more than $1 million in deferred compensation after he complained to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
