Howrey Crafts New Training For Entry-Level Attorneys

Law360, New York (June 22, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Howrey LLP is launching an intensive two-year program for incoming associates that will involve extensive additional training and reduced billable hours, as well as lower salaries than those of their peers at other firms.

In a memo released Monday, Howrey detailed the firm's new entry-level lawyer training program, dubbed the “Tier One Associate” program and designed for U.S. associates.
