Medical Evidence Barred In Motorola FMLA Suit

Law360, New York (June 24, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A magistrate judge has ruled that certain medical evidence regarding damages for front pay will not be allowed in a suit brought by Motorola Inc. employees alleging their supervisors violated the Family and Medical Leave Act, finding that the evidence in question is barred under the act.
