J&J Sues Abbott, Boston Scientific For Over $5.5B

Law360, New York (September 26, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- Months after its failed attempt to take over Guidant Corp., Johnson & Johnson is suing for at least $5.5 billion, saying the medical device maker breached their agreement by leaking information on antitrust clearance to rival suitor Boston Scientific Corp.
