Akin Wants $83M Bond Lowered In Malpractice Case

Law360, New York (June 25, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP has asked a judge to waive or reduce a requested supersedeas bond of more than $83 million in a dispute accusing it of gross malpractice and negligence over botched technology patent applications and related infringement litigation.
