IBM Loses Bid To Keep Former Exec From Dell Job

Law360, New York (June 26, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has rejected a preliminary injunction preventing former IBM Corp. from continuing his work at competitor Dell Inc. in a suit filed by IBM claiming Johnson has violated a noncompete agreement and has likely divulged trade secrets to his new employer.
