Stanford Financial Ex-CFO To Cop To Charges: Atty

Law360, New York (July 1, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Stanford Financial Group's former Chief Financial Officer James M. Davis will plead guilty to three criminal charges, including mail fraud and conspiracy to obstruct a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission investigation, his attorney told Law360 on Wednesday.

Davis' lawyer, David Finn, said in an e-mail that his client would plead guilty to all three counts the federal government leveled against him in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
