EPA Offers Deal To Resolve Bay Area Pesticide Suit

Law360, New York (July 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In order to put to rest an ongoing lawsuit over the impact of pesticides on endangered and threatened wildlife in the San Francisco Bay Area, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency proposes to conduct an investigation and temporarily block the use of certain chemicals.
