Dana’s Equity Holders Seek Financial Help

Law360, New York (September 28, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Dana Corp.’s committee of equity-security holders is looking for help in Dana’s Chapter 11 case, seeking to retain Jefferies & Co. Inc. as its financial advisor.

The committee filed the request with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on Wednesday, asking the judge to assign Jefferies principal Steven R. Strom to the case.
